What the booking form collects, where it goes, and how long it is kept.
What we collect
The booking form asks for your name and a phone number, and optionally an email address, a preferred time and a short note. Those details are what we need to reply to you and arrange the appointment. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.
How it is used
Your details are used only to answer your booking request and arrange your appointment. They are not sold, and they are not used to send marketing.
Where it goes
When you send the form, the details are delivered by email to the studio through our email provider. If you contact us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation is held in WhatsApp and covered by its own terms.
How long it is kept
Booking requests are kept only for as long as they are needed to arrange and follow up your appointment, and are deleted after that.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message or call +995 599 03 24 66 and we will deal with it.
Cookies and measurement
This site loads Google's advertising tag on every page. It sets cookies in your browser so Google can measure which visits and booking requests came from our ads, and it may be used to show you our ads on other sites. Sending the booking form, opening the WhatsApp link or tapping the phone number is reported to Google as a conversion — the action only, never your name, phone number or message. Several pages show a Google map of the studio. It is loaded from Google as you scroll to it, without asking you first, which lets Google see your IP address. You can turn off personalised Google ads in your Google account settings, and you can block or delete these cookies in your browser.
